Early Edition   -   It's time for the new year! The skiing and riding could not be much better. The snomakers have been up to some hard work to provide us with the holiday "Goods". And boy have they. The terain open is amazing. Lower K, Clairs, and Racers... Need I say more.

All weekend the crowds were quite managable if you knew where to be (and where not to be!) The snow quality is NICE. Carving big turns was not an issue.

Sunday seemed to be the most crowded, but with the terain park open (see pic below) it helped thin some of the front trail traffic. Not sure when they will go fo a full length half pipe.

It looks like anapurna will be open on Tuesday or Wedsnesday. Fingers are crossed. That leaves upper crossover on the todo list!
